I was very surprised when I rang to make an appointment to be told that there were none. I asked how far in advance that was as on the online booking there are none before the end of July. I was told you have to log on at either 8.30 am or 2 pm to get an appointment in the next five days. Difficult if you’re at work.

The receptionists at Overton Park fit the stereotype perfectly, their aim is to make your life as difficult as possible and to ensure you never see a doctor. I had my appointment cancelled with 1 hours notice, had to call them to be told that the next appointment is over a month away.
