I’ve been on hold for 1 hour, just wanted to ask for blood test results. Why am I waiting that long on hold and I’ve been on queue number 1 for ages. What even is going on? It shouldn’t take that long for them to answer. It’s not an earthquake situation or something. Also, I went on patches as they mentioned before, it doesn’t work for Oxgate Gardens. Please fix up.

Very good experience at the practice from the new Practice Manager who dealt with my issue very swiftly. It is a breath of fresh air when someone listens and is patient to understand and deal with problems. Very helpful.

The quality of care given by the Doctors and the staff is exceptional. Always helpful and smiling. It is a very hard job and we appreciate you being here. I thank you on behalf of my family unfortunately others are very ungrateful looking at other local practices Ours Is The Best

I would recommend this practice, I have always been helped by staff the Doctor'shabe gone beyond by booking quick referrals Making home visits for my elderly mother. I find it hard to understand why such negative comments this is a lovely local practice I have used for 8 years

I want to Thank the staff and especially the Doctors for the dedication and continuing support given to our local community. I wish to apologise on behalf of the patients for unacceptable behaviour by rouge unjustified behaviour. I witnessed terrible abuse to the admin staff and when the Doctor arrived she was also verbally attacked. This practice has so many patients unfortunately only the Negative ones put on complaints and negative feedback. This practice deserves a standing Ovation for its Hard working Team ,well done The community is on your side.

Ring in for ages then told no more call backs today. Ring again tomorrow. The get a message from Dr on call back to say could not reach you. However, no calls on my call list! Terrible interaction with a Dr last week. Have requested a call from the manager 3 times to no avail. Went into the surgery yesterday and told the manager will contact me when he is actually in. Enough already. With this GP practice and I have been a patient for over 40 years. It has gone from bad to worse over the last couple of years.
