Won't issue my 5 year old a prescription for his medication that runs out in 2 days. They got sent a letter from child development 28th May its now 13th June so mo excuses! He has previously been in a&e as the Doctors wouldn't help

Totally disgusted about the way I got spoken too and how she wasn’t willing to ask the Doctor for more information which would have cleared the matter up immediately. No wonder they are ranked near the bottom . Maybe look into your patient care more closely. Big shout out to the Doctor he was lovely.
