    I have recently joined this practice and am very impressed with the service offered. I have had no problems getting an appointment. The doctor listened and gave me time during the appointment. The nurse who took my bloods was very gentle. From the admin staff to the medical staff, all have been approachable, kind, helpful, respectful and caring. Well done and thank you to you all for your 5 star service.

    Have tried to book using new system. Needed appointment today told they released appointments on the day. First appointment is 1st May when this happened before I was told to go to Urgent Care what had happened to this once good Doctors practice?

    Just recently. There's a new automated service now in place. To book appointment, cancel appointments, prescriptions. From my own experiance, I used this service. Brilliant, got an appointment same morning, after phoning up at 8am , my appointment was within an hour and half from me phoning. Very impressed.

    Just want to mention the excellent service I received yesterday from one particular reception staff member .she's long serving I can't mention her name .reassured me and gave me empathy which was comforting to me with my mums situation.

    Been trying to make an appointment since last Wednesday, 3 January 2024. I have been reading the Google reviews and sadly must agree with the 1* comments regarding the administration services. Doctors have been great when you get to see them. I also find the stock response to poor reviews quite lazy. The Practice Manager should contact these patients, rather than inviting patients to contact them. I only need some prescribed medication for conjunctivitis so I can get back to work as the over the counter treatment hasn't worked. There's got to be a better system of filtering the appointment type, something like a triage system.

    I rang at 8.00am this morning to make my husband an appointment I was 32 in the queue waited half an hour before I managed to speak to the receptionist. The only appointment available was 2.30pm I explained that my husband could only attend early morning or late evening was told 2.30pm was the only appointment they had or I could waste another half hour in the queue tomorrow. I reluctantly took the appointment and my husband had to take unpaid leave to attend. He was driving from Southport and got stuck in heavy traffic and was 15 minutes late and was informed he would not be able to see the doctor. They have no regard or sympathy for my husband circumstances totally frustrating. They just informed him he would have to ring again in the morning with no guarantee he will receive an appointment to accommodate his working hours.
