    To be honest from covid the sercive provided by Parchmore medical centre went down to the button. Receptionists are useless. Telling me in face that i dont have app ignoring that i have text message on the fron of them confirming it just ti get told next day that i missed my app day before. Impossible to book app on day in the morning as you call 8am on dot to be 30/40/50 in a queue and after almost an hour waiting be told sorry bo app for today call tomorrow. Extremely rude some of receptionists only care about chitty chatty and cigarette break. Had a horrible experience after surgery ignored by doctors and nurses when needed a daily attendance. So happy finally moved myself to difference Gp after a long recovery.

    I was soo sick bad shoulder pain and high fever ribs pain went for appointment refused to give appointment it’s looks like they do not have a person care they are just sitting there and make money this surgery is joke they done with me three times.

    All the receptionist are very helpful always try to accommodate my needs, I always get to see the doctor I want, nothing is to much they are very understanding

    The receptionists are useless, they ignore patients and continuing having their great chats. Also, the call queue is so long by the time you get them, would be evening. I think they deliberately doing this because they are many receptionists available but no one actually answer the call.

    Having a number of health issues I can certainly say the service at Parchmore Medical Practice is exemplary. The staff are brilliant and I have not had to wait long for any appointments or referrals. Using the NHS app.means I can get an appointment face-to-face at short notice, should the need arise. Whenever I communicate with the surgery, either through the app, via the telephone or email, I always notice a sense of willingness to help.and put my mind at ease. I definitely have no concerns or issues relating to the quality of care received. I am a very satisfied patient!! The receptionists have called back when they have informed me that they will, if they are unable to respond to my query at the time of communication. The doctors are welcoming, with a smile and listen, doing their best to ensure the service they provide is 'second to none!' Well done everyone and wishing you all the best dor 2023!!!
