Text to contact surgery.Ater listening to recording going on and on and on,always seem to be at number five or above in the queue.This is a patient becoming impatient with the efficiency of the system that is getting worse and worse.I am begining to question my loyalty in staying on their books,but maybe this is their intention.

My treatment started towards the end of 2023 and my final visit was on 04/01/23 my treatment throughout was very professional and all staff were simply superb, one could not ask for better treatment, very impressed and I wish to give a big thanks to all, if I need further treatment I would feel extremely confident in their hands, thanks again to you all, superb!!!!

102 calls this morning before I got through. At 8.12am no appointments left to see a doctor. My husband has been offered a phone consultation with the clinician.

I needed an urgent appointment and the receptionist Ask me what was my symptoms I explained I had three different symptoms and needed to see a doctor. The receptionist insisted that I needed to make three separate appointments, on three separate occasions one with a doctor and two clinicians and that I could not be treated For all three symptoms by the same doctor, absolutely stupid It seems that the term General Practitioner no longer applies and so called clinicians are now specialists in their own fields?! I’ve had many bad experiences with this practice when making appointments, every time I have to contact them I dread picking the phone up because I know I’m going to be met with obstruction, I know that I will be fobbed of with a second rate service. Very poor service

My husband had a GP appointment late on a Thursday evening. An urgent MRI was needed. Whilst having our meal that same evening the MRI clinic called to offer a cancellation appointment for 9.30 am the next morning. He took this appointment. The GP called the day of the MRI appointment to give the result as it had come through on the same day. So it was all sorted within a 24 hour window. Thank you very much. It was not just the way the actions were taken, but the considerate and professional way it was all handled.
