    I am exceptionally grateful to the whole team at Park Medical Centre. This past year I have had a few different health concerns and you have been thorough in your exploration to find out what's going on even where there were no clear answers.

    Called today re medical issue, they called me straight back, sent link in text so I could send photos, doctor called back within 30 mins and sent referral out within a few minutes. Amazing! This practice really embraces technology. All the staff and doctors I have ever spoken to have been polite and professional. Thank you.

    I am extremely impressed by the practice. I feel that my recent health concerns have been taken incredibly seriously and great care has been taken to ensure consistent support and care. I’ve been suffering with mental health concerns for the past two months and have seen one consistent doctor during my treatment which has meant a huge amount in terms of comfort and trust. My doctor has ensured clear, consistent communication, milestones and next steps, helping me get better far faster than I otherwise would have.

    The pharmacist couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. He was also very knowledgeable and really took the time to speak to me to make sure all of my concerns had been fully addressed. The practice then quickly arranged for a precautionary follow up scan. I was very impressed all round.

    I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experience trying to book an appointment. I made several attempts to schedule a consultation with a doctor, but I was repeatedly informed that no availability was offered. Instead, I was advised to see a physiotherapist for a brief 20-minute session rather than receiving a proper medical consultation from a doctor. I must also acknowledge that I was late to the appointment for the physiotherapist I had to leave work in the middle of the day as there was no other slot available. Unfortunately, due to this lack of availability, I’ve had to resort to using my work health insurance to seek the necessary care, which has incurred additional costs. I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel strongly about raising this issue because it could potentially impact someone’s health if this practice continues to provide insufficient service. We understand your frustration regarding the lack of availability for a medical consultation and the inconvenience caused by being directed to a physiotherapist. It's worth noting that our Physiotherapist is very experienced in musculoskeletal medicine and often knows far more than we do in his specialist area and can facilitate quicker appointments in the wider Musculoskeletal services. We appreciate that we may have missed something nuanced in your case but because your review is anonymous it is hard to be specific.     I am 89. In November 2023 I changed my GP practice and enlisted with Park Medical Centre. I have received excellent quality care and service. At my age it is normal for patients to develop age- related problems. The response from the practice has been reassuringly thorough. The practice carried out the very first of my Annual Patient Reviews on 10 December 2024 to assess my general health, any current problems requiring dealing with and my medication. Earlier, I had been seen by a GP on 27 November who had arranged for an x-ray of my left knee and my left pelvis. Results of these were not available on 10 December for evaluating any treatment. Since then, I have been given an appointment at Milson Road Health Centre for physiotherapy treatment on 23 December. I have high blood pressure. I was asked to log my blood pressure readings – mornings and evenings for a week – which I have just completed for the Medical Centre to evaluate any treatment needed. I am very pleased with the care and support that I am receiving from The Park Medical Centre. The whole place is calm and appears well managed. It offers pleasant environment for the visiting patients. During the review or any visit, patients are encouraged to ask questions and made to feel at ease.

    Everyone from reception staff, admin , nurses and doctors at this practice are extremely caring, responsive and considerate. Excellent care for my elderly mother. My mother changed to this practice after many years at her old practice. Best thing we have done.

    I recently had my cervical screening, and the nurse who carried out the procedure was incredibly kind, empathetic, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. From the moment I walked in, she reassured me, explained every step of the process, and did everything she could to put me at ease. Her gentle and professional approach made what can be an uncomfortable experience much more manageable.
