  1. Review titled Rude staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

Unsolicited telephone call received this morning from an assistant, I explained my circumstances and she told me off like I was a child. Her tone was rude, aggressive, unpleasant and unprofessional. The surgery is increasingly difficult to reach, it is almost impossible to make an appointment.

  2. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a fantastic experience using the Econsult service for a minor health issue. The process of filling out the online form was incredibly straightforward, and I appreciated the option to upload images for a more accurate assessment. I completed the form early in the morning, and to my delight, the doctor called me before lunchtime and promptly prescribed the necessary antibiotics. As someone who works fulltime, it’s often challenging to find the time to attend inperson appointments during the day. This service provided a convenient and effective alternative, making it much easier to get the necessary treatment without disrupting my work schedule. Thank you, Park Parade!

I was seen today within an hour and a half of ringing the spa surgery in Mowbray square this morning and received the usual friendly and professional service from the receptionist to the doctor ! Excellent again !!

I contacted the surgery on a Friday afternoon as my son was unwell and we were meant to be travelling the next day. Within two hours we had seen the lovely GP and collected the prescription. Super efficient service! Huge thanks

  5. Review titled Consistently magnificent

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The speed and care that I receive at Park Parade is first class . The e consul means that I have given a lot of information so it speeds up what treatment I need . Any blood tests results are delivered very speedily and the drs explain everything clearly . I cut my leg just prior to going for an annual review and the nurse immediately dressed my leg .I was going on holiday 3 days later so she arranged for me to go to Priority house to have it dressed again and to pick up dressings from the surgery before I went . I have since had it dressed twice a week. How fabulous is that . This is not unusual . This is the care that this surgery provides . I feel very lucky . The doctors and nurses and receptionists are such amazing people . My husband is also receiving first class speedy care . We are constantly saying how do they do it when so many people experience the opposite at their surgeries. Drop in here and look and learn ! Our heartfelt thanks to them all .

  6. Review titled No call

Rated 1 star out of 5

Having filled out the e-form regarding my symptoms I was told I would receive a call from my doctor at 4pm on the 23rd December. The call never came. I am in excruciating pain and feel totally let down by the surgery. I understand this time of year that the practice will be busy, but if I did not have the means to travel to A&E, this weekend could have been a different story. For an infection and influenza, and no call from my doctor, I am incredibly upset and frustrated. I am reluctant to use NHS services until absolutely necessary as I am aware and sympathetic to the issues facing our national health system. To be let down at a time I feel I really needed them is incredibly upsetting. I thank all medical staff and all NHS workers for all they do, but on this occasion I feel a lack of care has been shown.
