The staff are always courteous, experienced & available to help. Attended for my flu vaccine & the whole process was flawless & very well thought out. I was early for my appointment but it didn't matter & was in and out within a few minutes. Very impressed.

Just been for a flu jab. It was a very quick and efficient system. All staff were very polite and helpful. I've mostly found this practice to be very good.

Just had my flu jab, the whole thing ran like clockwork, so well organised, in and out in 5 mins, staff were very friendly, I would definitely recommend them.

Had a flu jab this morning, from walking in the main entrance to walking out the door probably took 4 mins maximum , just another superbly organised service once again.

I went to the practice for my flu jab yesterday afternoon, 3.10 2024. It was very well organised & I didn't have to wait at all. I've find their issuing of repeat prescriptions an excellent service.

I tried phoning for an appointment and requested a call back as I work morning shifts. I waited 2 hours for the call back and when I tried to book an appointment and explain what was wrong the person on the other end of the phone had no time for me she cut me off as I was explaining and said she would transfer me to someone else. I was on hold for all of 30 seconds before I heard an automated message saying they can not deal with my issue and to call back. I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 months and it feels like they staff just do not care about anyone.

Received a call in afternoon from the Dr following talking to reception in the morning, was given an appointment that afternoon as considered urgent, Dr wanted me to be seen urgently by Eye Consultant and received a telephone call on way home with appointment at Hospital that evening. Was seen by Consultant about 7.15pm who carried out a procedure and given specialist cream to use every day and advised the Eye clinic would contact me in a week's time. Brilliant, thank you NHS for the excellent treatment
