Had an appointment at the surgery, 2 hours before the appointment the Dr rang & suggested a telephone consultation instead . Saving time for myself & the surgery. Excellent service ,my issue was resolved quickly & my prescription was received electronically by my chosen chemist within 5 minutes.

My spring Covid booster jab was booked for April 4th 2025 at 3.55 pm. I received a text from the practice just before 3 pm on the day to state that I could receive the jab anytime up to 5.22 pm that afternoon. I attended the surgery at 3.10 pm. The queuing system for the Covid booster recipients was clearly signposted and the procedure from arriving to receiving the jab and leaving took barely 2 minutes. Both the nurses present were friendly and professional in their dealings with me. I have been a patient with this practice for many years and I am delighted with this surgery. Thank you.

My doctor listened and advised me about my cancer treatment with an honest discussion. I left the surgery feeling a little better after our discussion and a more understanding about the future.

I rang at 13.15 today and spoke to a receptionist about my potential AF following an ECG reading from a smartwatch and subsequent check by my GP husband. I was given an appointment with a GP at 14.00 and she listened to me and sorted bloods and an ECG for me in the practice there and then. The lovely HCA very kindly fitted me in for these a few minutes later and I did remark that I was really grateful to not have to go to the hospital and have the tests done at the practice. What a brilliant service. As expected, typically the ECG was normal and the symptoms didn’t occur when we wanted them to, but I felt listened to and taken seriously. I really want to express my thanks to all three members of the team that I spoke to today, and also acknowledge the wider practice team for such a great service for patients generally.

I have tried numerous times to sort my medications out by ringing the receptionist. I leave messages with them but yet they still continue to get it wrong. Instead of listening to me as I try to explain they are very defensive as if it is my fault I have been prescribed the wrong medication

We joined the practice in June 2022 and from day one the reception staff have always been helpful, whatever the query! They are all very capable, but have also been most willing to help. Thank you all for your support, you are very much appreciated.
