Nice, helpful doctors, when you do manage to get an appointment to see them but the booking system is terrible, and getting an appointment outside of working hours is next to impossible. Worse still, are the reception team, who are rude, arrogant and unorganised. I have experienced many failings under their care, incorrect test bookings, lost samples, cancelled appointments to name a few. Astounded by their poor management and overall lack of care. Would not recommend.

Dear Anonymous It is very difficult to respond to anonymous reviews, I would be more than happy to discuss your concerns if you would like to contact me. On a couple of your points, I am sorry that you feel the Practice is poorly managed. Lost samples is at the Frimley Health Lab, not the Practice and due to illness we do occasionally have to move appointments. Once again I apologise that you feel this way.
