Since I have moved to this practise I have had great care and service, you get appointments when you need them without any hassle. I called yesterday and was seen today already having been able to collect a sample pot ahead of time so my issue could be diagnosed straight away.

The Dr today listened to me attentively & with compassion. They prescribed the right medicine & now I'm feeling stronger & healthier. Also, the receptionist today was fantastic. Thank you!

I am so happy that I receive a very nice welcome from the nurse ,was so good at listening to me and answering every single question I asked she is very helpful ,really happy to register my self and my family in GP park road medical center , I was so confuse about many thing but when I attend my first appointment she makes everything clear and easy for me thank you so much

Attended surgery this morning and once again received a thorough, pleasant and reassuring service. Was able to assist with my results from previous CT angiogram, as well as provide a blood sample which was required for Moorfileds eye hospital. Thank you

Details required for a blood test had not been sent electronically to the Jubilee Centre by the PCN. A call to Park Road Medical Centre resulted in the matter being quickly resolved and the blood test proceeded without need for a new appointment. I was also contacted later by the surgery to confirm that this was the case. I very much appreciated the help.

Very helpful receptionist. I forgot to order my prescription and ran out of medication, the receptionist I spoke with managed to help me get my prescription sorted within a couple hours of contacting the surgery. Very grateful to both admin and clinical staff!

I saw the nurse this morning who was so kind and helpful. The doctors are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are great, calls are answered quickly and appointments booked easily and efficiently. Thank you
