I saw the nurse this morning who was so kind and helpful. The doctors are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The receptionists are great, calls are answered quickly and appointments booked easily and efficiently. Thank you

Fast response and dilligent doctors. Communication via sms is effective and they have referred me quickly. The practice is clean and quiet. Even though I provoded with the diagnosis they went a step ahead with giving me more advice on how to manage the symptoms.

Called the practice to make an appointment and was sent a link to fill out what was wrong with me, found it to be extraordinary easy to navigate and received a response within minutes from a nurse with an appointment booked straight away, lady on the phone was polite and straight to the point couldn’t fault them at all

During the past two years or so I have had an ongoing health problem and have always been able to have a face to face appointment if necessary. However, recently I have had any queries answered quickly by email, which has helped to deal with my problem. I have been a patient at this surgery for over 32 years and have always received excellent care.

I have always found the medical practitioners very helpful and informative. Any issues that I have had I have received a prompt and professional reply and if not able to deal with via email, appointments have been made for me to attend for a face to face review to resolve

My doctor knows me. He’s always available to see me and reassure me. I can always get an appointment. I feel looked after and cared for.

The practice manager quickly and seamlessly helped me in registering my proxy access for my son, so I could order his repeat meds. I was so grateful for her help. Also, in general, the practice goes out of its way to see me or my son, as quickly as they possibly can. I feel lucky to have this as our local practice.

Recently moved to the area with a new born (as you can imagine- stressful first weeks home) , based on my post code, this practice covered the my area. I was recommended this practice by a colleague who also lives close by. I research online to see how to registered with this GP and had phone the practice on a Friday, they advise me to come into the practice to get the forms and bring necessary paperwork, however upon walking into the practice to do so only 2 days later (Monday), I was turn away and told, they are shortlisted, full booked as they are a small GP, only have 1 GP covering the entire practice and that they are not accepting new clients and to go register elsewhere.

Park Road Medical Centre has been our family GP for over 20 years. Whenever we have a problem, minor or more serious, they respond quickly and effectively, often the same day or soon after. Can't recommend highly enough.
