I filled in the registration form online n got a reply email asking me to hand in the relevant documents to your clinic, which I did n was told its all done. Today I got a bad flu and need medical consultation. I am, however, told that I could not seek medical treatment from your clinic because your clinic has no record of my registration. I had to go all the way to my previous clinic.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear about the difficulty you had in being seen in our practice for the fist time. We aim to register all our new patients within 24 hours after we have received all their documents and we book them with a nurse to do their new patient health checks and complete their registration. Please bear in mind that transferring your medical records from your previous GP surgery to a new surgery will be done electronically to us and it's an automatic process. However, we could offer an immediate necessary appointment when you were really unwell. I'm happy to look at your case, please contact the practice and ask for the Practice Manager (Mr Meysam Hemmati). Thank you, Practice Manager

Reception staff made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I was feeling nervous as it was my first time back in the GP surgery since lockdown. Did not need to wait long before I was in the GP's room
