   Ferritin deficiency shown in blood test causing debilitating symptoms for months (bedbound, close to hypothermia, restless legs, cramps, pins and needles) but surgery dismisses requests for medication despite NICE guidelines. Fobbed off with paracetamol, anti depressants, and refusal to treat root cause. Avoid.

   I was seen by Dr. Camilla, what a wonderful experience i had, i was very anxious and vulnerable, Dr Camilla was so kind and understanding and she new the right treatment that i needed. First class and i commend her and everyone at Dr. Ingrams surgery. Peter Richards
