My experience with Park View Surgery has been deeply concerning, particularly regarding medication management. A prescribed medication caused severe adverse effects, significantly worsening my symptoms. The situation escalated to the point where external intervention was necessary, which I believe could have been avoided with better oversight. This experience has left me questioning the level of care and attention provided. While I understand that human error can occur, the consequences of such errors in healthcare are profound and demand greater accountability. I hope this feedback encourages the surgery to review its practices and prioritize patient safety more effectively.

I couldn't get a routine appointment at my GP practice for the past 2 months. I was finally given an appointment at Park View on Sunday. I am really disappointed, I didn't feel listened to. I feel like I just got fobbed off. I don’t know what the doctor’s name was as she didn’t introduce herself to me. Was seen for about 5 mins if that.
