States we are within the area catchment however the guy I spoke to on the phone was rude and very ignorant and just kept huffing and ignoring everything I was stating which was factual and truth he didn’t care in the slightest. suggest you get knew staff that actually wants to do their job and not refuse patients

I have been trying not to take up anyone's time knowing how busy everyone is so communication with the team at Parkfield has been made so easy by the individuals involved we have succeeded in moving ahead without problems . I know from talking to people that they do not have the same service from their own practice . I am confident it will continue to run smoothly . Thank you to all concerned.
