I first called at the end of July just to check on my HRT. A doctor was supposed to ring me back the next week I never did until last week I have been sent three different prescriptions or for HRT which could all be deadly dangerous if taken together tonight, I hung on the phone for 1 1/2 hours with no answer after calling them three times and they promised a call back in 48 hours when I called last for Friday, I am disgusted with the service you don’t even get a real nurse on the phone now it is a telephonist they have gone very very downhill since Covid avoid them if you can get a proper

The nurse was on time for my blood pressure reading. I then went on to make two appointments for some issues and was asked a lot of questions by the receptionist, which I found bit intrusive

Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased that you were happy with your nurse appointment. I am sorry that you found our receptionists questions a bit intrusive. We need to ask questions regarding the issue patients are presenting with, in order to give the clinician as much information as possible to enable them to triage their request based on clinical need. I attended the Practise on Tuesday, 29th August for a fasting blood test. I had received regular reminders, was seen promptly by a friendly phlebotomist and was soon on my way home for breakfast.

I have had a most astonishing text conversation. I was trying to explain that we have lost some of my son's medication and am running out, having only 3 pills left. The reply I was getting simply told me when the last prescription was issued and that I had ten days worth left. This was said three times. Was this a response from a human being or from an AI? If the latter I think I should be informed. If it was from a human then I am appalled at their lack of attention to what I am saying. (I have kept a copy of the responses if required).

After getting a very quick response after I messaged the practice for an appointment,I saw a very thorough doctor who did numerous tests and examinations.I came away pleased that I had such prompt and good treatment.
