Review titled Not so great
Rated 3 stars out of 5

I’ve always found reception team extremely helpful but GPs can be a bit hit and miss. However my latest experience (yesterday) of GPs was scored a big miss around an anxiety related issue. Zero support when the situation could have been resolved very simply and effectively. Except it wasn’t and caused further anxiety. Not good.

Review titled Abysmal Service
Rated 1 star out of 5

In acute pain I eventually got through on the telephone, the receptionist rude and unhelpful, when I finally managed to see a GP their attitude wasn't any better, I was told to take paracetomol. Unhappy with the service I had received I went to A&E where a fractured wrist was diagnosed. Unbelievably poor service.

Review titled Overworked and incompetent
Rated 1 star out of 5

The phone lines are always busy making it impossible to get a same day appointment without using the app and even then it's hit or miss. The receptionists weren't logged into the PCs and the self-service point wouldn't let us register as here for the appointment. Other patients were heard grumbling when leaving the reception about poor service and seemingly unhappy about the service provided. They seem to be drowning in patients with ailments and unable to get them the care they need when they need it

Review titled Rude Receptionist
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 11 July 2023
Phoned to order prescription for my sons allergies to be told by the receptionist that I can buy them from the shop because the last time I ordered them was back in September. Well I was buying them from the shop since he ran out of tablets and nasal spray couple of months ago but they are not helping him, the reason I didn't order them was exactly for this reason, when I call she is usually very abrupt and rude making me feel like I'm begging for a prescription and telling me I can buy the medication from a supermarket as if I'm stupid, then telling me they don't have any appointments left for July so I need to phone every day until one becomes available. Since when could a receptionist pass on medical advice? and what could the receptionist possibly know about my sons medical needs?
