Very helpful she always listens and deals with problems efficiently, Ive had a few encouters and she has always been extremely kind polite and pleasant! There are so people in the practice who are rude and talk over also lie about the system and appointments ajmal being one of them However after speaking to erin on many occasions she has been professional. She is hardworking despite pts having language problems she is always willing to help. Please can you pass my thanks onto her and value appreciate such hardworking staff.. The prctice was always good till a few years ago since some staff has joined to are u professional and rude I came in and spoke to her at the appointment and she was very kind and dealt with my issues ontime january 2025

Staff are helpful and polite. I didn’t have any problems. They gave me the information and help that I needed and told me what I should o to feel better. I’ve never had bad experience at this practice for the past couple of years.

I recently had the opportunity to visit the clinic, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made the check in process smooth and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, creating a welcoming environment that eased my nerves.

Helpful and easy access. I called and booked an appointment. The call time took 5 mins for an answer. I booked the appointment and the waiting time wasn’t too long only around 20 minutes then the appointment went well and smooth.

Good staff very accommodating and polite. Flexible times and felt heard when talking to my doctor. The receptionists were very welcoming

I recently visited the clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and took the time to address all my concerns. The doctor was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during my appointment. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare!

They swiftly told me what to do and what I need to do without wasting time. Didn’t give me if buts or maybes but told me directly what my next steps are. Always very helpful

All the doctors I've consulted in the last two years have been not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive to their patients' needs. I particularly value your online system for requesting same-day appointments. This convenient and efficient process makes me feel much more secure knowing I can access timely medical attention when needed. Recently, during my appointment with a doctor at the surgery, they were incredibly helpful and dedicated a significant amount of time to thoroughly discuss my concerns. My baby had Cardiac Problem i just make requst online in morning at 8'o Clock bt the reception lady refuse to admit tht u have made requst .and Gp also not picking phone
