Called this morning at 8.10 ish, got through straight away, no waiting and was offered a callback appointment which I accepted. A nurse practitioner called me at 10.45 and offered me an appointment at 12.00. Brilliant service from this practice, never had a problem.

I would like to praise the new ANP who I saw today. She was so professional, lovely, caring and down to earth. She went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much and welcome to the practice.
