    It's plainly impossible to talk to someone over the phone. No matter if I'm caller number 1 or 10th in the queue. The queue never, ever moves up. I've been trying for literal months to contact the surgery via phone for different issues or queries as I work in London and I'm unable to come in person unless I have an appointment scheduled. I've never stopped trying but I've also never been able to get through to someone over the phone. How is this possible?!?!

    Dear Marina, Thank you for taking the time to feedback your recent experience of using the telephone system. I am sorry to hear that this has not met the expectations which we strive to achieve. We have recently installed a new telephone system, which patients' will have a more positive experience using.     This afternoon called regarding urgent prescription request, gentleman I spoke to advised he would do his best to get this actioned, he called back after hours to advise this had been completed I am so grateful

    Spoke to a very nice young male receptionist who was very helpful when I enquired about having a blood test and urine test done but would have difficulty getting to the surgery to collect the forms as my husband is very ill and under the Virtual Hospital at home with me caring for him. This young man emailed the forms to me which I found very helpful as it saved me a journey.

    Today, l saw a lovely young Practitioner. She looked, listened and actioned. Very thorough and nothing was too much trouble. Quite refreshing. She set a good example a good example of how to treat patients.

    After receiving treatment for an absyss with antibiotics I called the surgery to request an urgent appointment as the infection was still there. Having being told by a receptionist that I was unable to even request to make an appointment for at least 6 days and told to put in an online request. After 48 hours gmhad passed since I put in the online request, I called the surgery to find out what was happening only to be told by telephone answerer that I would need to see a dentist or call 111 or go to urgent care, needless to say I never got called by a doctor but was diagnosed by the completely inexperienced telephone staff. I still have the infection which is getting worse and as my doctors surgery are unable to help I will have to attend urgent care now.

    Visited practice on 11th July to book an emergency appointment. Staff were dismissive and rude. Not necessary. Went home and followed the complicated online system of arranging a call-back within 48 hours. Received no call-back and still chasing 19 days on. Pretty sure I could have got a routine appointment within that time frame! Disgusted and disappointed. How is this acceptable? Suggestions: staff put a sign on their window if they are busy. Train staff how to be pleasant. Offer your staff 'wellbeing' breaks if politeness is generally challenging for them!

    I’ve been with Parkwood for my entire life- everyone has always been so wonderful, going above and beyond. Parkwood has saved my life on one occasion when I was 6 years old. Today I had a fabulous experience with the receptionist, who was so helpful and patient with me. I’m very happy with the service I have received.

    One of the staff members phoned me regarding a referral to Rheumatology and whilst the news was not great, the staff member was really friendly and tried to help me with a way forward. I did get the staff members name and feel that said staff member deserves some recognition for the friendly manner in which they dealt with me but I know I can't use names for this review.

    difficult to get an appt, had to go through loops and hoops to get one for my very unwell family member. Can't book by phone, can't log a request in advance, no contact details to e-mail, Finally got an e-mail address after waiting 10 mins on the phone but my e-mail has now been returned as not sent. This is not good enough
