Very rude receptionist. Not willing to book appointment unless I rang at 8am even if I asked her for any appointment at any time in next few weeks. Was stubborn and not pleasant at all. This GP surgery had deteriorated significantly since being taken over after retirement if last GP. Avoid

Was asked to pick up letter from the practice receptionist for a blood test. I went in and was told my receptionist to come back later as they were having a meeting. She was insistent and could not be bothered to pass the letter wven though she was sitting at the reception desk. Service and staff manners have deteriorated since the practice was put under new management.
