I had my bloods taken today and both the colleague taking samples and the receptionist were both friendly and chatty, great service and advice given

Had none diabetic blood test and a very good conversation with the nurse followed by an appointment for a pneumonia jab which I didn't know about

Despite checking every week for the last 4 weeks, there never seems to be any bookable online appointments. how can you say you do online bookings when there are never any available. and on checking you have just reconfirmed to CQC that you have online appointments, well where are they ?

I would rather have a face to face contact rather than a telephone conversation I don’t agree with discussing my medical situation with a receptionist it’s not on
