    The Pharmacist who phoned me was was rude and sounded patronising. He rushed his introduction of who he was and all I heard was Patford House. I felt rushed through the phone call and didn't feel I fully explained myself. To be told how I should be eating a balanced diet when I had explained it was over indulgence over Christmas and the occurrences after that had triggered the reflux. Having not heard properly to begin with that he wasn't actually a doctor he proceeded to rush my next questions to which I wouldn't have asked had I had known he was just a pharmacist. I then just told me the prescription was being sent to the chemist and put the phone down with no goodbye or ending. Usually I don't complain and I am happy with the level of service I have received but not on the occasion. I actually said to my wife " he just put the phone down on me!" Which we thought was rude!

    Appointment was well signposted by emails regarding date, am/pm, then time. I was phoned within a few minutes of this time. Very thorough review of symptoms, then family history etc. and then possible outcomes. Given face to face appointment to double check in person before looking at medication. A further date given to pick up a test kit from surgery. Very satisfied.

    I recently was called for a medical review. A very very professional Dr dealt with me. He was polite, kind and attentive. I had a couple of questions which he was happy to answer and I left feeling I had indeed been well looked- after. Thank you.

    Today I called as soon as the phone lines opened to make an appointment for my young child who had been up all night screaming in pain with severe earache and a fever. I was told I could have a phone consultation. When I explained he needed to be seen as I believed he had an ear infection and would require it to be looked at before possible antibiotics I was told I’d have to wait until Friday afternoon. I explained I needed an on the day appointment for fear his eardrum may rupture prior to Friday the receptionist told me it was not possible. Appalling care of a very young child.

    I had a problem with new prescription from hospital went into surgery explained my situation. Within 2 hours I had a response asking which medication I needed I replied and my problem was resolved. Thank you to all concerned 👍

    I seem to have lost my original review. I asked for an urgent appointment yesterday was told by receptionist the booking team would receive the request. I hadn't heard anything and later phoned 111 they phoned me back and the doctor phoned me as I was talking to them. She told me go to the surgery and I did. She prescribed medication and i collected part of It from boots last night. I've collected the rest today. The young lady was friendly and efficient considering I feel muzzy headed and slightly confused she was very considerate and i was worried that imay have cellulitus and/or sepsis. I collected the rest of.my prescription this afternoon. I hope the same doctor will phone me when able to check my progress. Thank you for your help so far.

    Was contacted yesterday. I collected prescription this morning from Northlands. Have started taking the Flucloxacillin and using Daktacort ht cream. Have yet to collect white soft paraffin solid.
