Visited the surgery because of recent Xray results. The doctor is arranging physio to help me cope with pain from my hips and lower back.

I had a query regarding my medication. I was told I would receive a phone call by a certain time. I received the call well within the time frame and my query was sorted within a few minutes of questions being asked of me. The service you receive from this practice is excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them to do for you. I hope it does not get overcrowded with patients as that would Spoil everything Thank you all for such a good NHS service.

Last week I left a poor review. An appointment did not happen. The alternative this week could not have been more different. A face to face appointment with a doctor who listened and acted. He had a lovely attitude and was a pleasure to meet.

Have on-going nurse appointments for leg ulcers -always pleased with nurse treatments and legs slowly improving. Saw doctor about anal bleeding on 21st November. Very thorough experience, pleased with appointment.

Could not achieve consultation through a local telephone means owing to lack of availability. Used Patches rather than 111. Received a timely phone call back and medication was prescribed and acquired in good time.

I very recently joined the practice and I was honestly pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and everything I needed was done quickly. Thank you so much for the positive experience- it's really nice having efficient and friendly service when you aren't well.
