Both my husband and myself have had to see this doctor, my husband most recently. He takes time to listen but more importantly explains what is happening and discusses options clearly. He has a very calm manner and does not make you feel you rushed (even though we know their are time constraints due to volume of patients)

It was lovely to have an appoint with a GP who was so welcoming and friendly. She really put me at ease and explained everything in detail. I didn’t feel rushed. She took her time . I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, as she is foreign and I didn’t hear what she said , as I wasn’t wearing my hearing aids. I definitely would be happy to be seen by her again.

Doctor saw me and did many tests and discussed my situation and gave me things to do and also arranged for various hospital appointments

Great online service and response from the Pratice. GP was really helpful and prescription needed sent straight to named Pharmacy.

Positives 1,this is a great practice and very well managed Staff and look after you really well, Doctors and nurses and receptionist are very polite and welcoming. Negatives It is so hard to get an appointment or to even speak to a doctor on a phone this morning to get the appointment I needed I rang up bang on 8 o’clock and I didn’t get anyone to answer the phone for 50 mins. And was not guaranteed a call back from the doctor even though I was red flagged by the lovely receptionist who was very helpful and also the doctor had excellent manners.

The doctor i saw was the only trans friendly doctor in plymouth, and she gave me a prescription for bridging hormones under harm reduction as my current service was not fit for care. I also received monitering bloodtests for my hormones, as well as care for a health issue. The doctor was kind, well informed, and understanding of both my mental health issues and my physical health, not to mention my diagnosis of gender dysphoria.

Every time I have had to use the Dr’s for my little one, they have been so lovely and efficient. Nothing is to much effort and they’re so reassuring.

Did econsult at 7 am got call back at 08:10 and face to face appointment at 10:30 with doctor who was very thorough. Excellent service.
