Over the last 2 years which has probably the most difficult with covid etc. I have found that the receptionists and staff have coped admirably. The doctors too have been great and the nurse practitioners can often be a great resource.

The care and service I received was excellent, The practitioner was exceptional, so well experienced and informative. Made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout.went through everything so thoroughly and really took time to discuss the best options for me .thankyou .

Following my 1520 appointment at Laira Surgery on the 14th, I've a better understanding of the likely cause of my ongoing pain in back and foot. Thank you also for advising the wearing of support stockings and 'trainer' style shoes. The early consultation after having made a 111 call on 12th was very much appreciated, thank you!

On Tuesday noticed a change in a mole on my back. Rang the surgery who sent a link to upload some photos I'd taken. Wednesday doctor called and suggested I come in that day to see him at 11.50. Didn't think it was an issue but said he'd arrange to have it removed. Around 15.00 that afternoon minor surgery unit called to arrange an appointment in 2 weeks. Efficient and helpful from the receptionist who first took the call, to the doctor, to the person who arranged the surgery. Love the NHS

I have received the very best care and attention , the GP`s are thoughtful and very efficient with managing the medical need . I have been part of the surgery for many years and have always had my health threated as a priority at all times. I am very grateful. I thank my GP`s for being angels.

The GP had reviewed my details before I saw her so was fully aware of my medical issues. She was friendly and understanding. She ensured I understood and agreed with the treatment she recommended. I felt she had taken time and the appointment was not rushed.

Attended for an appointment after being offered this only a few days before. After a short wait, I was seen by GP who administered treatment and I was on my way again. Very courteous and friendly and kept me well informed at every step of treatment. Thank you Pathfields.
