Processed well organised, however as OAP's had to travel across Plymouth by bus to get vaccinated. Pity doctors appointments and surgeries are not so accessible and organised.

It was good to see a doctor face to face after 3 years. Having an arm infection it was reassuring by doctor to know that with antibiotics it is getting better. It was nice to hear and talk to my doctor and be asked how are you and be remembered after a few years.

Had a bit of a health scare and needed a follow up . The doctor who saw me was wonderful , reassuring, empathetic and professional . She didn’t rush me at all and gave me time to understand. I can’t praise her enough .
