I am fortunate not to need to access healthcare often but have always received quality care from this surgery when I have needed it. A recent appointment with the nurse was conducted professionally yet friendly and I felt completely at ease. There were limited online appointments available but I booked one easily via this route. The GP I have seen on previous occasions has always conveyed compassion, interest and understanding during appointments. You feel cared for, understood and in thoroughly capable hands, thank you. Unfortunately I feel many negative opinions come from a lack of understanding of the way GP surgeries work and of the very difficult challenges the NHS are facing. Thank you to all the staff at Patterdale Lodge, you are all doing a great job

I went to this practice to discuss a medical issue that was being made worse by circumstances. I was made to feel at ease immediately where i could poor my heart out and get the help and support I need. Very professional, caring supportive visit. What more could a patient want. Thankyou

I have had a number of good experiences with the health care professionals at the surgery. Struggle to get through on the phone though which can cause issues
