My annual diabetic assessment was conducted thoroughly, professionally and by a respectful nurse with a cheerful disposition. I felt safe and dignified and that my health issues were being assessed thoroughly and I was in good competent hands. A five star service Thank you

It is not my usual surgery but I found it ok and there was parking available. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and the Doctor saw me on time. I haven't seen or spoken to a doctor since my FND diagnosis 2 years ago and I think it is a condition that is not very familiar or well understood but I was listened to and guided on how best to manage my symptoms. The Doctor was sympathetic and understanding and it was such a relief to see someone in person about my problem.

The pod provided was equipped with scales and BP measurement machines, however the scale provided buttons that were marked BMI but didn't function as such.

Attended Paulsgrove Surgery for an over 50's checkup. Haven't been to the doctors for many years thankfully. The whole process from initial text contact to appointment was smooth and painless. Bloods taken along with other checks. Nurse was lovely. Very calming and well versed. Put at ease throughout.

I had a low temperature 34.3 at the weekend. Tried to get a blood pressure check at 2 pharmacies . 1 machine broken. 1 wouldn't do it Asked to go to Portchester but I couldn't park. Lots of cars in the same position so went home. Used 111 online and a dr rang me back straight away. Thankfully I received a blood pressure appt at Cosham Park House on the monday. The 111 dr had referred me. All good now. The nurse who saw me was very helpful and answered some questions I had. Good patient time thank you.

I was seen with 45 mins of my appointment time, Dr apologised for the delay in seeing me , once in he was quick with his diagnosis and the treatment plan was put in place..

I did not have a diabetic nurse. The nurse did not understand my questions. The nurse did not know the medication I am on. She could take blood samples. It was a complete waste of my time.
