I arrived approximately 5 minutes early for a 09:15 appointment, checked in at the terminal and sat down After about 30 mins I became aware of other people asking about the delay to their appointment. After 45 minutes I asked if my doctor was in and how likely it would be to be seen. I was told the doctor was running late and so I would be seen. Someone else who was waiting for the same doctor and was 2 places behind me in the queue who herself had been waiting for about 30 minutes said to the receptionist that she couldn’t wait that long and had she known the likely delay when she arrived wouldn’t have waited as long as she had. We all have other priorities to manage. I eventually saw the doctor about 1 hour after my booked appointment time. There used to be a system for keeping the waiting room informed of the running times of each doctor. That doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Shame Also, I’d like to book an appointment with a urologist that the doctor I saw recommended I see but his name isn’t on the list when you try to book using the NHS app

Very nice doctor, explains everything nicely and repeated when asked. Doctor checked my leg and showed me how muscles work.

Thank you so much for a long, and thorough appointment in order to assist me with many health issues. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated this, and I personally delivered a hand-written letter to the doctor the day after consulting him. It was exceptionally kind of him to give me an extended review, and to explain blood test results, and treatments. I started the course of ten injections immediately the day after seeing the doctor.

The appointment was for a review of my medications for Type 2 Diabetes following a number of blood tests. The doctor was extremely helpful with his explanations of the effects of semaglutide and its effectiveness in weight reduction and consequently in bringing down blood sugar levels.

The doctor is great, super attentive and examined me where I was feeling pain. Now my GP is terrible, I had to wait 10 days to see a doctor, that's absurd.

I have been registered at this practice for over 30 years. I have always been seen quickly and treated well. When I visited yesterday I was seen early by a very well informed, professional doctor. He responded to my issue rapidly and efficiently.

I visited the practice on Monday afternoon due to the fact I needed a review of my medication. The doctor that treated me, reviewed my notes and actually listened to me, to me that was thoughtful are caring. As well as discussing my treatment, was kind enough to make a follow-up appointment with me before leaving the practice. As a patient to know and feel that you have been heard. To me this itself was so helpful to me. when I enter the practice, it was clean and was greated with a smile by the staff at the reception desk. Kind regards Peter

The nurse I saw made me welcome and comfortable, she explained each step and although the procedure was horrible she made it bearable.
