Doctor didn't introduce himself, took my blood pressure, temperature and heart rate without uttering a word to me. Just gestured to move my arm. I didn't even realise the practice had changed hands until my appointment. Dreadful experience

I telephoned Fenderway at 5.00 today to request a prescription based on a consultant consultation. I am delighted with service I received. I had prescription within 45 minutes. Exceptional service from receptionist to Doctor that called me. I would highly recommend Fenderway Health Centre

Not what it used to be I found staff to be unhelpful even given wrong me wrong information which could be harmful re cancer wise

I have now spent an hour going round in circles trying to access the Practices online repeat prescription. This is not helpful and has no links to assist you. I need more medication and now have to go direct to the surgery. Something needs to alter and the only option is to join a different practice!! I understand that security must be high but at least make it easier.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. On our website there is a page called prescriptions https://www.paxtonmedicalgroup.co.uk/prescriptions - on this page it explains the process for requesting medication. All patients need to be registered with one of the online service providers if they wish to order their medication online. To do this you first need to bring photo ID into the surgery. Once you provide this you are given your own unique linkage key to enable you to request your repeat prescriptions. The website directs you to patient access which is one of the many apps you can sign up for to use. Again all of this is explained in the Prescription tab on the website. There is also a 'Contact us form' that can be access 24/7 Kind Regards, PMG

I rang surgery on 12.04 as i was concerned over my diabetes. From the onset i was put on the spot from the receptionist near enough demanding if this was an emergency. At the beginning of the conversation i was cut short with everthing i tried to explain. I know times are tough as i work for the NHS myself. I was worried for my health. For receptionist everywhere please try not to lose your compassion

Always very happy with the excellent care and attention from all the staff in Claughton Medical Centre.I am always seen and sorted quickly which gives me great security with my health .Very well organised and pleasant reception staff as well as highly competent and friendly doctors. Thank you

Today I attended a physio appointment regarding likely high mobility syndrome. The practitioner evaluating me decided to mark me down to a 6/9 rather than a 7/9 on the basis that myself being unable to bend down and touch the floor "might not be hyper mobility syndrome" now please by all means correct me if I'm wrong, which I'm not, but "might not be" implies that "might be" is also true. How much of his job is guess work? I am in agony on a daily basis and currently resting after this fruitless appointment. It took him 5 minutes umming and ahing to decide to take it down from a 7 to a 6 ultimately changing a passing score to a failing score. Considering you all take a hippocratic oath your unwillingness to help people in need is nothing short of harrowing. I'm disgusted and frankly you should be ashamed to pose as health care professionals and I say pose as the mindset clearly isn't there. I've been in tears and feels so abandoned and let down by your practice. I truly hope you're happy, on top of this the physio "specialist" was googling information right before my eyes, which isn't good. I've done my own research since and some specialists say 5/9 is a pass for hms others say 6/9 which is what I scored and not one source says 7/9 or higher so why was I rejected at 6/9? As soon as I know how to take this further I will be.
