Today i Walkin to the surgery because i have a itching problem immidetly referred to pharmacy iam happy . they helped me to contact physio today because of communication problem

We can book patients in a pressure relief clinic or refer to the pharmacy. We also help all of our patients by using interpreters when there is a language barrier. I had an appointment today telephone appointment for sickness , I need a hard copy when went reception they issued straightaway thats quick and fast good service with reception staff and they are responsible

I came to see the GP today for my appointment, who requested me to do a blood test. reception staff were very kind and friendly and booked the blood test straight away and saved my time

I made an appointment for housing problem.. I had great experience with this gp they sort it out my problem with in a month and I attend appointment with Dr today they explained step by step of everything and they seen me on time

I impressed by professionalism of Doctors and staff in this surgery. I came to the appointments for vomiting for my son Doctor given antibiotic but am also not feeling well Doctor's seen me as well I was impressed in it

Excellent service from the staff Am late for the appointment staff called me keep remind and follow me up whether am attending or not informing nurse that am on my way holding my appointment and nurse seen me on time great experience

Dear Zike, Thank you for your review. We always try our best to accommodate all of our patients. We have a high rate of patients that do not attend their appointment. Therefore, we send text reminders, call reminders the day before and also call on the day if patient is not here at their appointed time. We encourage all of our patients to attend on time and contact us at the earliest time if they are not able to attend. This reduces any wastage as we can offer the appointment to another patient. I need urgent appointment today they are fully booked still staff take name for cancellation list and then they refer me to pharmacy and keep follow-up with me until I get right place. I am impressed with this service

Although we offer more appointments than we are contracted, GP appointments can be filled quickly. After this, we signpost patients to the most appropriate service, whether it is to the pharmacy, to the pressure relief clinic or to 111. I heard from other doctors..he is very good doctor at heartlands hospital..I have come very early to see my doctor and given a nice and early appointment was helps me..I am a very busy person so I am very impressed that they organised a nice and early appointment for me..which helps me alot..

Dear M Shah, Thank you for your feedback! Our surgery aims to take all patients into consideration. We offer appointments all throughout the day, starting form early morning and up to 8pm on Mondays and Thursdays. We also offer appointments on Saturdays until 5pm. We understand that not all of our patients can attend the surgery during the standard working day hours (9am-5pm) and therefore offer these clinics to accommodate our patients.
