Review titled Terrible practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 March 2025
I’ve been unwell since having a baby and it took me 2 weeks to get appointment and only because I went through 111 to get it! I had a blood test done and i can’t even get an appointment to speak to a doctor about my results and i am now left not knowing what is wrong with my body and no answers about my blood test results. When I phone to try and get an appointment because I can’t fill out the form at 8am because I have to take my kids to school the woman on the phone couldn’t care less and just kept repeating the same thing at me when I am trying to explain that I can’t do the online form I am only human how I am ment to do everything at once! This isn’t the first time this has happened too! It’s got to the point I don’t even bother with doctors now because my last appointment before this happened I went to see the doctor and she was sat there on google to tell me what was wrong with me! Like are you serious I could have done that myself what is the point of these doctors they are just so useless!

Review titled Not a great practise
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Jasmin - Posted on 06 December 2024
Some Admin staff fail to take care of the needs of their patients. It is a duty of care the NHS staff have in order to help a patient who is in a medical need. I am a patient who has kidney stones and has regular re occurring UTIs, which cause me severe pain and making me unwell and turn into a kidney infection. I am under consultation and further more. I called the GP practise at 4:40pm and asked was it possible to ask a GP if they can prescribe me antibiotics for my uti. I asked if they could ask the GP. The admin staff did not even take my name untill 20 minutes into a phone call. She kept saying that why did I call this late and that I can go to out of hours. I fail to understand how does someone plan their illness ? If I was unwell at 8am I would have called at 8am. I have worked for the NHS for many years. If your GP is open, they will not see or speak to you untill your GP is closed. I have a young daughter to care for. I called up to see if I could get help before I had to reach to the point I’m unable to walk and also then not being able to mobilise. I make this review due to this is not the first time this practise has failed care. That is not the job of the NHS! people contact for a reason.
