I attended Peelhouse today for my appointment with a female ANP. The reception team were really friendly and advised me where to sit as I was on crutches. I was really nervous and the ANP put me at ease immediately. She explained everything to me during my examination. I would highly recommend this practice and its care. Thank you

I got an appointment without any problems, the staff were really helpful & lovely. The gp put me at ease, was really friendly and my appointment didn’t feel rushed at all.

My mum phoned on behalf of my sister who’s severely disabled because her face is swollen and her eye is almost closed. She’s just been discharged from hospital as she is unwell and when mum rang the surgery she was requesting a doctor to come out and take a look. The receptionist then asked my mum was she able to come into the surgery which my sister can’t as she’s not well. After explaining this mum was advised to phone an ambulance! I’m sure the ambulance service have more serious people to deal with!!! This is completely unacceptable and my sister needs to be visited by a GP, I appreciate that they’re extremely busy but she needs to be seen

I have never had a problem with getting a appointment, I seen a HCA who I have never seen before with one thing and was really worried over something else she was really friendly and found the time to explain to me and didn’t feel I was rushed to leave, I left feeling at ease couldn’t thank her enough.
