I can't even get an telephone appointment or to see a docter I ring up as I said I needed to see a dorter urgently regarding my issues and they won't let me have one it's needs to be emergency its shouldn't have to be in witch it is but I should be able to see the docter that's there duty of care I give this a one start raiting I've had nothing but problems since I registered

This used to be one of the best practices in Grimsby but since COVID lockdown I don't know what has happened to it. Monitoring of conditions requiring regular tests is non existent. As for getting to talk to a doctor let alone actually seeing one you have more chance of winning the lottery!

Rang to discover I was 'over 30' in the queue. This announcement never changed in 20 minutes of waiting. What a dreadful service. It seems quicker to get in the car, drive 3-4 miles, park somewhere, walk to the surgery and queue in person. All I want to do is cancel an appointment. If I don't then I'm in trouble (no excuse) for not turning up.
