    Terrible management of phone lines. I was on hold for 2.5 hours!! When I got to speak to someone they said they closed on a Thursday between 12-2pm for training. I called before this this time and I was number 17 in the queue it appears they just leave you in the queue while they disappear on training. I got no apology just got an excuse of it must have been a system error! Disgusting, let’s hope the training was on how to manage phones lines more efficiently!

    The staff who answer the phone are so rude. Also had the phone put down on myself twice. I was asking for a simple request of sending an email to a hospital for referral. No one could answer a simple question. When have had appointments with the practitioners have been lovely however telephone staff are very rude

    Have a possible appointment for almost 3 weeks away for pain & grief management. Feel failed. Don't see how you can be taking on new patients when there are not enough appointments to give the patients already registered.

    Phoned this morning got a call back within 15mins offered appt with nurse practitioner 45 mins later. Problem sorted. Nurse practitioner was friendly professional and reassuring very impressed with whole experience

    The phone system is terrible. They clearly need more staff on the phones. Ringing in the evening when you would expect it to be quiter and the hold time was 50 odd minutes. Worst GP surgery I've ever dealt with trying to get an appointment, but to be fair the appointments I have got all the staff and doctors have been great.

    After a recent period of illness in hospital, I was contacted by the Practice (without even requesting an appointment) after being discharged. This form of support shows how much the Practice aims to look after its patients to ensure that they are well supported.
