   I live in greenfield and I do not have a car. In theory I should be able to walk to this GP surgery, but it is rarely open and all my appointments are at Mossley. Given how unreliable the trains have been the past several months, I have real difficulties getting to Mossley without a car. I tried to take the train to an appointment in Mossley last week and the train was cancelled. Shuffling all patients to Mossley for care leaves patients like me in greenfield who don’t have a car at an extreme disadvantage. You shouldn’t have to have a car to access medical care and yet that is what has happened with this surgery
