   I waited a Iong time to get a telephone appointment, it was scheduled for 9 to 1pm on Friday 28th June ! I missed two calls within 2minutes of each other as I was in the loo ! And no I do not take my phone into the bathroom . I had to make mother appt and wait a further 9 days Let’s just hope I do not need the toilet again in that 5 hour gap. Shocking that they do not at least wait 10minutes or so or try once again later. Such bad treatment no empathy
