    This surgery has gone horrendous. They are actively stopping patients from be able to access the support. They have limited the use of ask my gp to 30 minutes in a morning and have removed the option to wait on hold when calling. They advice using alternative services such as 111, gp alliance or a & e which is just an inappropriate use of these services and has resulted in diverting demand to more urgent services unnecessarily, which are now unable to help as they are at capacity. This needs to be resolved quickly! People who need help are being left to bounce around services with no help being offered!

    Weeks to get any appointment, face to face a month or so. Telephone appointment given a 3 hour window and they do not ring back in that time period or let you know why. Hit and miss service surely face to face was easier. Telephone may be OK but then if you need to see a doctor after Telephone call is that not another delay? Come on guys gone from a brilliant service before covid to one of frustration. I call in to make an appointment as other methods virtually impossible and everytime I go to surgery someone is complaining about something.
