    The worst service ever! I have been trying to call the GP for the last week and the receptionist always says to call back at 3:30 or call back at 9.00. But when you call they don’t answer because they leave the phone offline so that no one can connect to the Practice. Whilst I was on call I sent a relative over to the surgery and the relative called my other phone and said that instead of answering the phone the 3 receptionists were sitting/ standing having a nice chat with each other instead of allocating one of them to answer the phone! It is very appalling that they think it’s appropriate to behave in such a manner when there are people in need of an appointment. Better care should be taken of the people who are registered with them! Otherwise, this is leaving lots of people vulnerable because we need appointments but we cannot go to the emergency department as it is not that critical, but then GP practice is not answering! I am sure that this leaves most people in a vulnerable situation not being able to get the proper treatment/ care when needed. I am very disappointed with their service. Even when they do answer the phone, some of the receptionists don't speak nicely to you, they speak to you as if you are the most annoying person ever. I honestly do feel that certain receptionists are too comfortable in their position as they have been working in the same practice for many years!

    I was disappointed at the lack of response from reception. I called and was held in a queue system for an appointment and it was engaged. As a waited for an answer, I was cut off. I then phoned using option 2 to speak to receptionist and waited for a response. 12wks later, I was cut off. Waiting for an appointment for a cold I have had for one week is unacceptable.

    I cannot fault the help and consideration given by the reception staff who were very kind to me at a very vulnerable time. I was then able to see a Dr who was extremely understanding. I cannot express my thanks enough to all of you.

    Its hard to write the reality because only positive reviews are posted. I was unable to reach my surgery through the phone as it went to answerphone, I tried to make an appointment online but there were no available appointments for the following month. I physically had to go to the surgery twice to finally receive an emergency appt.
