The nurse I had for vaccinations was lovely. She took the time to go through things with me. She also took my height, weight and blood pressure for my next pill check to make things easier for me.

I called the practice yesterday regarding a prescription I had ordered and spoke to two lovely receptionists. Calling the GP surgery can be quite daunting, especially for patients like myself who struggle with anxiety, but the two receptionists I spoke with were so friendly and understanding. They were also very efficient and communicated with the prescription team straight away to ensure my issue was resolved the same day. A big thank you to both receptionists and the prescription team.

Appointments are made through an online system, which frequently reaches capacity by mid-morning. If you can manage to get an appointment then the staff are very good.

The appointment tests I needed were carried out very professionally and efficient. I was also able to discuss a developing issue which was acted on and a same day follow up consultation and examination provided. This on to one provided helpful advice and prescribed medication to help the symptoms. With the assurance of further help if things did not improve, Excellent service by all involved.

My first visit to the practice I was very impressed by the care I received during my blood test and the surgery itself. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Call GP practice for advice re ear pain Dr rang me within 20mins, after informing Dr of the problem was seen that afternoon and prescription for treatment. Thank you

My son was seen within 40 mins of me calling. A few days later was sent to derriford for surgery by the nurse practitioner. She was helpful and caring. Now being seen by the nurses daily for dressing changes. They are patient and caring with him.

I was ill from January until present day. It affected my diabetes and they suggested that I go on insulin injections. My bloods dropped from 26.7 to 8.8 overnight. Marvellous effect, I am now starting to feel so much better. The diabetes nurse was brilliant. She talked me through it and now I can do my injections within seconds. Thank you so much for calming me down and teaching me that it's easy.

Thank you, I’m currently in London which should have been an overnight stay unfortunately my partner was admitted to hospital, ive only bought a weeks supply of my Owen medication which ran out yesterday, phone call to surgery they have sorted out script, and told me which pharmacy to collect from. Very professional and friendly. Thank you😀

For the first time in a number of years I have had a face to face consultation with a doctor. I felt comfortable and was happy with the outcome. However it felt rushed.
