    g.p and health professionals and the econsult system provided a comprehensive service -friendly staff and patients seem to show their aappreciatioon. effective triaging so people saw who they needed to see

    I contacted to discuss my problem. The receptionist instructed me to purchase over the counter after I described my situation. I said that I had already tried this. I followed up by asking if I might send a picture, and she responded by saying yes. However she did not send the link after the call was over. The front desk agent ignored what I said. When I later called again, she pretended not to be able to hear me when I gave my name and date of birth. This was her excuse for pretending she couldn't hear me and ended the call. I am so disappointed in this receptionist knowing someone has a medical issue and purposely ending the call knowing it takes a long time to get through due to long wait times. I am really disappointed in this receptionist for purposefully terminating the call while being aware that I have a medical concern and that it took a long time to connect due to the lengthy wait periods.

    Thank you so much to the dr at Picton medical he gave me such a excellent service took care of my every worry or concern during the app he reassured me with my issues regards to my children was very kind patient an understanding thank you

    Every single person encountered at this practice has listened, been genuinely caring and do their very best to help, even when the poor receptionists are so busy they will take the time to make you feel important. So very glad to have them to rely on.

    I rang the practice for an appointment for my father inlaws who has a skin condition. I spoke to a very friendly in house pharmacist who made notes of my father in law case as we were unable to obtain his skin cream called synalar c ointment. She recommended we come in n try an alternative until the product was back in stock.
