    I have just moved to this practice and am extremely pleased I made the move. When I needed to see a doctor the phones were answered quickly and appointment was made for the next morning. I arrived at the practice checked in and saw the doctor with ease and believe the service I received was exemplary.

    The practice staff were very helpful and accomodating on the day of my appointment. Very helpful and good customer service. The GP on the day was friendly and thorough.

    We have only been with this practice for a few weeks, abd have found them to be really great. Helpful, considerate, extremely efficient. Reception staff are really friendly. Doctors have be very good indeed they have deawith our queries,referrals,prescriptions and also medical conditions in a very professional yet kind way. My Husband is not able to use this link so I would just like to say we are both happy with service your practice delivers. Thank-you all

    Very pleased to have been accepted as patients both myself and my Husband he doesn't have the facility on his phone to send reviews. Therefore from both of us thank you for the helpful manner of reception. The Doctor was very kind and patient as we have a lot of medical history. Found everything dealt with extremely quickly and the surgery itself was really immaculate and not at all intimidating. Thank you all for your acceptance and consideration

    Phoned for my daughter was put in for Dr phone appointment, I said not just after 9am as no phone signal told it'll be late afternoon. No phone call, phoned back Dr phoned 9.05 he's in Bolton my practice is Mossley. Receptionist said don't understand why phone appointment as symptoms needed face to face. My daughter didn't get medical care that day.

    Excellent Doctor who works four days a week. She is efficient and caring. However I have to book well in advance in order to see this doctor,this last time it was two weeks. Luckily this appointment was not an emergency. I was disappointed to hear that a recent medical sample had not been correctly labelled and explained why I had not received my results. Doctor was able to rectify.

    I attended for a appointment to be told I had missed the appointment was I was on time for the time I was told to then have to wait for another appointment the following day it is a struggle for me to walk to attend as it is

    After recently changing to this practice and having my first GP appointment this week with a lovely female doctor, I finally feel that I’m receiving the care that I need and am being heard! From the reception staff (who are all extremely polite and efficient) to the clinical staff (who are professional and understanding) this practice is fantastic and is obviously well managed.I am so happy that I am a patient here, I only wish I had made the decision to change GP’s much sooner!

    For a short consultation and that I had not been to see the GP for some time she seemed au fait with all the facts relating to the operation I had last year and how it related to my current illness episode. The GP also then looked at my general health and how my other medication was affecting me, booking me in for a blood test to ensure everything else was fine. Felt very well cared for.
