    contacted them on the 19th of june they said they will be back to me with an appointment by the 29th of june, but they have not contacted me. Phoned every day this week but they do not answer the phone. Spoke to the doctors reception they said that they would pass on a message, but 3 days later no one has contacted me.

    The receptionist on the telephone most mornings is curt , dismissive and totally unhelpful or friendly. I asked to speak to the pharmacist regarding my blood pressure tablets, as my feet and ankles have started to swell and feel heavy an dead. I read one of the drugs I’m prescribed can have this side effect so have stopped taking it. I wanted advice and confirmation my decision was right. The receptionist snapped at me saying no one was available until 5 days time. As I suffer from high blood pressure and as my mother died from a stroke related problems, I felt my concern was justified. The receptionist was flippant and couldn’t wait to cut the conversation. This is not the first time the same receptionist has been rude and unhelpful. She is in the wrong profession totally if this is how she deals with the general public & patients.
