I joined Pinehill Surgery only a couple of months ago, and yet in that short time have had good reason to be most impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the practice in all aspects, from the admin to the medical side. I was offered a check up after registering, and although I did not request it, have been contacted by one of the doctors on the question of a repeat prescription to make sure I was getting what I needed. I feel as though I now have ready access to a doctor should I need it, through an interface that is caring, highly organised, and effective.

Needing to book an appointment with a nurse following surgery my phone call has been disconnected 4 times this morning. You are unable to book a nurse appointment on the e-consult system - not sure how this surgery is still operating if you cannot get through to anyone!

Awful, unfortunately the attention to detail with certain partners is awful. The GP notes given to my wife by her GP, were completely inaccurate, littered with grammatical errors and even even her country of birth was made up, a fictitious country! I was there when she spoke to the practitioner. From what she said to what was transcribed was quite frankly comical. It's quite apparent that the practitioner was not listening. The duty of care is non-existent. Shambolic. Avoid

Not for the first time I have been unable to contact the surgery by phone, despite being asked to do so. No one answers, and you can end up with a large phone bill waiting for them. This has been going on for quite a long time.
