I was very happy with the experience I had at Pinfold Gate Medical Practice. The doctor was attentive, polite and dealt with all of my concens in a friendly and professional manner. I felt that the doctor listened very carefully to what I had to say and was able to answer all my questions.

haveing been with pinfold gate all my life , and having just had a hip opperation i would like too say the service is the best , ruth who has looked after my wound is amazing , the receptionist handled some strange people realy well , and today they looked at my ear and have put me through too hospital . booking an appointment so easy . everybody is so nice and they put me at my ease cos was very nervous

I saw a lovely nurse at this practice for my blood pressure check up what can I truly say about her kind caring understanding loving and made me feel welcome I told her I don’t like being called sir or mr jones it’s just scott would highly recommend her but can’t post her name but I can’t wait to see this lovely nurse again

Have had a worrying spot on my face & have seen GP today who's referred me to hospital. She was very thorough & reassuring & gave me lots of advice
