    Just attended Appointment with nurse and she was absolutely brilliant she was so friendly and professional if you can enjoy giving blood and having your blood pressure taken I did fantastic service

    Having yet again failed to send my prescription as the doctor said I didn’t need it with no consultation the prescription services rang and sorted it immediately and got me my prescription sent to my pharmacy thankyou so much

    I made a call yesterday early evening the call was answered promptly. The receptionist advised me to send a photo of the area concerned. I received a message again promptly to follow a link. I sent a photo. I received a call within minutes with reassurance and what to do next. Thank you for a speedy excellent service. I have been with the surgery for many years and find the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

    I needed an HRT review and was able to book an appt on the nhs app within the next 2 weeks which I was extremely happy with. The doctor I spoke to was friendly, well informed and was excellent at providing all the options so I felt the decision making was a joint collaborative process. Thank you for this positive experience and all the hard work you do.

    I had my appointment today, and have an ongoing issue with a couple of things. Today the staff were lovely and so was my doctor, he listened to me in detail without interrupting, and has prescribed me new items to try, as well as sending off two referrals. I cannot thank the team enough, it has taken such a weight of worry off of my shoulders. Thank you honestly so much.

    Arranged for a lifestyle review following cholesterol test, received down to earth practical assessment with the practice nurse. Very friendly welcome in a relaxed manner, made to feel at ease.

    I called first thing to speak to a Doctor about some urgent medication, to be told by an extremely rude receptionist that my issue wasn't urgent (even after explaining that I had previously been hospitalised due to this). I was told they could not help, and that I would need to come into surgery instead (even though another kinder member of staff had helped me previously with the same issue). I was quite obviously extremely upset, but there was no compassion, I was being spoken over and also spoken to quite rudely. It was made out to be my fault, like I was in the wrong. These people should not be allowed to deal with people who have sensitive issues, there is no compassion, no friendliness and they just act as if they are completely above you. Will be looking to move surgery ASAP.

    Had a pneumonia vaccine today and the nurse made me feel very relaxed, her attitude was exemplary and is a credit to the practice.

    My mother who has poor mobility had a water infection she's elderly and was asked to take a sample to the surgery, to do this she would be in pain and would cost her a taxi fair to get here. She then would have to wait for it to be tested and wait for the prescription. I rang and was told if I brought the sample there was someone to test it and I could wait for a prescription then when I got here I was told no that wasn't the case it would need to go to a clinic to be tested and then they would donit but this was an hour later. If my poor mother had come this would have been so hard for her and then she would go away without treatment
