I came for the kids flu vaccination clinic held on a Saturday. It ran very smoothly , there was toys and colouring laid out and kids tv on which main it feel less scary for the children. We went straight in there was no waiting around and they even got a sticker and chocolate. Very good experience

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the children, but no guidance on aftercare with the injection (the first time he had this) and I was so focused on my Son I didn't think to ask at the time. I feel this should have been something that the Doctor/Nurse should have gone through with me

Mandy, your feedback on our recent child flu clinic has been very helpful. This will help us in the planning of any future clinics. We are very sorry to hear that the doctor/nurse your child saw did not speak to you about guidance on aftercare with the vaccine. It would not have been intentional as we do normally try our best to give any/all relevant information needed.

We attended this morning for the child flu vaccination clinic. The surgery had made a real effort to make it welcoming to children with cartoons and toys in the waiting area and cuddly toys in the clinic rooms. The staff really put my 2 year old at ease, and the stickers and chocolate button were very well received!

The toddler flu vaccine clinic is a great idea, it was fast and efficient and the team were very considerate and kind when our toddler was feeling very frightened about the experience

Most reception staff are friendly and they all try to help you. We are seen quickly when needed and the service is good. The flu clinic for children was great, good to be in and put quickly so the clinic went well. It is nice to have the extras like music, chocolates and stickers too.

We attended the children's influenza clinic this weekend. It was incredibly efficient, calm, kind and little details like cocomelon on the screen, chocolate treats and stickers were so thoughtful. As a working Mum I really appreciated it being run on a weekend too. So grateful to have such an amazing surgery on our doorstep. The staff always go above and beyond and this is just another example of how brilliant they all are.

Problematic UTI - used online facility accurx on two occasions and had very quick response and help each time from paramedic attached to surgery.

After 10 years I left to join a new practice. My lovely doctor retired. But in the last 3 years the practice has gone down hill fast. Long waits for phone to get answered. But it's the arrogance, fake behaviour of some doctors that got to me. They need to also check text messages before they send them as it makes them look more incompetent. I left today and registered elsewhere. This place was toxic and unpleasant and as soon as I heard there phone message explaining stuff before you could choose an option, that finished it for me as I am aware of how unpleasant my interactions have been with her. Not a pleasant place to visit anymore it's just lost the kindness it once had. Goodbye I won't ever be coming back.

Every time I have visited this surgery the reception team have been so kind and helpful. They made me feel really listened to and seemed to genuinely want to help. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors surgery before! I used to dread going to the doctors but the kind and welcoming environment created here means I no longer feel this way. Very grateful!
