    When I took my son in for his vaccinations the staff were very friendly - they helped make him feel at ease. I was advised what to do before and after the appointment to minimise any disruption and this was really appreciated. My son felt he was in a safe space as did I and I have the staff members to thank for this. Thank you Plashet Harmony Practice

    All the staff are very nice and helpful in giving a appointment in my lunch hour or the early morning appointments so my working hours are not distrupted.the diabetic nurse is very through with her work she checks and advises me in what I should be and what are should not be doing and sends details of other services I can get help from

    Needs communication improvments when giving presciption before electronically sending it to nominated pharmacy and appointment system needs to improved as longer waiting slots and taking importance in patient care with test results and reports in mannerly time.

    I visited in March for an infection, and I had a positive experience. Booking the appointment was easy and the reception team was friendly and ready to help. I was seen quickly by the doctor who took the time to answer all my questions about the infection and treatment options, offering extra advice which was very helpful. I always leave feeling confident in the advice and I am very grateful for the service.

    I visited this GP practice in February and had a really positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. During my appointment, the doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how thorough and supportive they were. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional and compassionate healthcare.

    I was sat at reception waiting to see doctor when I overheard manager shouting and abusing reception staff, the was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable to be sat there. I thought there would be more professionalism in the NHS sector.

    I could not book appointment online, and I sent a triage note, further to which I received a call, followed by an emergency appointment with the doctor. The doctor listens to the patient, understands their concerns and recommends the best advice and recommendations. I am very grateful for the timely medical advice, support and treatment recommendations I received.

    Receptionist are very lazy and not helpful Also system of this GP is very very low quality.If anybody has health problem they just tell you contact 111 or 999.Get an appointment is very tough
